FreedomLINK+ Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing FreedomLINK+. We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review the details below regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery responsibilities.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00 on all orders within the United States
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150.00 qualify for free standard shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, FreedomLINK+ only ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
Our primary shipping carriers are USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is determined based on the most efficient delivery method for your order.
- P.O. Boxes: USPS deliveries are available for P.O. Boxes. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking details.
Delivery Issues & Missing Shipments
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or others at the delivery location
- Look for secure or alternate delivery areas
14-Day Reporting Requirement
If you have not received your order, you must contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery date if no delivery scan is available).
Failure to notify FreedomLINK+ within this 14-day window may prevent us from filing a claim with the carrier. As a result, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund for late-reported missing shipments.
FreedomLINK+ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@freedomlinkplus.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
All damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim process is completed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. FreedomLINK+ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
